These terms apply when you use TidyGo, run by [Company legal name] ([company number], [registered address]). By booking or ordering you agree to them.
1. Bookings
- You book a clean for a set date, time and home size. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay.
- Please give accurate details. If your home is much larger or dirtier than described, your cleaner may not be able to finish in the time booked. We'll contact you about any extra time before it's added.
- Payment is taken by card when you book.
2. Cancelling and changing
- You can cancel online for a full refund up to 24 hours before your clean.
- Within 24 hours of the start time, please contact us. [Set your late cancellation policy, e.g. 50% charge.]
- If we can't find a cleaner for your booking, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
3. On the day
- Please make sure your cleaner can get in and that there's running water and electricity.
- If you're not home, leave access instructions in your booking notes.
- Our cleaners may refuse to work in unsafe conditions.
4. Our cleaners
[Describe your model. For example: cleaners are independent, self-employed professionals who are ID and right-to-work checked before joining. We arrange the booking and take payment on their behalf.]
5. Problems and complaints
If you're not happy with a clean, tell us within 48 hours at hello@tidygo.net and we'll put it right, for example with a free re-clean of the affected areas. Please report any damage within 48 hours too.
6. Shop orders
- We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates.
- You can cancel your order and return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us first.
- For hygiene reasons, opened cleaning products can't be returned unless they're faulty.
7. Liability
We're responsible for losses caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the website when you book applies to that booking.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
