Each clean is booked automatically and a vetted local cleaner accepts it. Track every visit online.
Questions
Can I skip a clean?
Yes. Skip any clean up to 24 hours before it starts and we refund that clean to your card. Your plan carries on as normal.
How do I cancel?
Cancel online from your plan page at any time. Your plan stops at the end of the month (or year) you've already paid for, and cleans until then still go ahead.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Each clean is offered to vetted cleaners near you. If you'd like the same cleaner each time, tell us and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Can I change the day or time?
Yes. Contact us and we'll move your plan to a day and time that works better.
Why do you ask for photos?
Photos and a short description show the cleaner exactly what the job involves before they accept it, so they arrive prepared.
